The majority of changes made to the existing small Functionalist villa over the years were removed and the layout and materials were simplified to the greatest possible extent. A fully glazed conservatory was added to the house and the employed materials became a prominent feature for the other construction on the house. The smooth white plaster and the black window frames are contrasting details that enhance the simple prismatic mass of the house.
A new bathroom was built on the upper floor, and also surfaces were replaced with modern, maintenance-free substitutes.
