The terrain slopes to the relatively narrow western part of the plot. An effort was made to build up the northern part of the plot as much as possible to leave the garden open on the south side in front of the house. The floor plan is in the shape of a quarter circle in which the southwest facade opens to the maximum extent to views of the distant green hills. The slope of the plot is also used for the height segmentation of the house: the entrance floor is at street level, while the lower (private) floor is on the level of the garden below. The entrance floor is the social space with the main living room, kitchen and central pantry. An oval-shaped office built on the roof of the house is connected to the main living zone by a light staircase. Bedrooms, children rooms, the central bathroom and the utility room are on the lower level. The rooms have a door to the gallery connected to the garden. A gallery built in front of the curving facade on the southwest side of the building has a light construction made of scaffolding tubes and oak planks. The gallery is covered at the roof level with corrugated sheet metal. The carport is designed in the same manner. The load-bearing structure of the house employs a classic masonry system with reinforced concrete ceilings. The facades are a sandwich construction with a ventilation gap and various surface finishes: the north and east facades are clad with galvanised corrugated sheet metal attached vertically to the frame, while pressed glass is used on the curved facade and the rooftop office. The flat roof is covered with dense vegetation.
