Humpolec – Hotel Fabrika extension

The project is based on the need to expand the current capacity of the conference hotel; at the same time, the offices of the MHA company will be moved to a reconstructed building in Žižkova St that is directly adjacent to the company’s current building. The hotel will be expanded toward the existing adjacent building, which will undergo reconstruction. The new restaurant located on the ground floor will be connected to the boiler room in the existing hotel. The restaurant will serve the needs of the conference centre and will also be open to the public, especially in the summer. New conference spaces are located on the second level, new hotel rooms with a beer spa and massage area in the extension on the third level. This part is visually attached to the existing hotel. The newly used building will be reserved for offices and will serve as the company’s headquarters. The overall design of the hotel in the style of early twentieth century industrial architecture will be preserved, with contrasting new elements.
